Tower Hamlets Councillors have arranged for the police to run a local speedwatch on Fairfield Road on Thursday 25 August 2016 at 6.30pm. The purpose of the event is to monitor the speed of vehicles and enforce the 20 MPH limit.

Cllr Rachel Blake understands from residents that the particularly bad places are under the bridges and she has suggested that residents who are interested in attending Speedwatch meet on the corner of Fairfield Road and Wrexham Road. Everyone is welcome to attend.
