A middle-aged man is currently going to houses in the FCARA area collecting for a cancer charity to help take his daughter who has leukaemia  to Disneyland.  The caller has been seen on several occasions over the last 12 months, and suspicions has been raised whether this is legitimate fundraising as the address he provides (in Ridgedale Street) is fictitious.  As ever, if you are suspicious about anyone cold calling, politely refuse any offers and report it to the local Police / Safer Neighbourhood Team (contact details are posted at the bottom of this page).
