Short notice (again) but as part of contractors Dragados-Sisk’s work to reinstate the site at the bottom of Wrexham Road/Wick Lane, they start work again tonight.
According to their latest flyer they will need to monitor the flow in the sewers until Wednesday, 22 April. That monitoring – between 9pm and 5am – will include running pumps to assist the flow.
Main work starts on Monday, 27 April and they expect  it to be finished by Friday, 22 May.   Working hours will be from 9pm-5am. Although most of the noiser preparation work will be done during the day there might be some noise at night (they will be using a crane, for example).
