Grove Hall Park: Update On Felled Trees

Tower Hamlets Council has said that two trees cut down in the memorial gardens and Grove Hall Park had to be felled because they were dangerous.

The first, a prunus accolade (a flowering cherry) has been planted to replace a large tree growing against the south-east wall of the memorial gardens.

A second tree, a prunus avium (wild cherry) has been planted to replace a tree at the entrance of Grove Hall Park.
